Privacy Policy

The short version: SwimReady has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no developer server. Your water test data lives on your device and in your own private iCloud. We never see it, and we couldn't sell it if we wanted to.

1. Who We Are

SwimReady ("we", "us", or "our") is owned and operated by Dzmitry Bukuyazau (Poland). Contact: [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

None. The iOS application ("App") does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers we operate. There is no account system, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no backend of ours that your data passes through.

3. Where Your Data Lives

• On your device — pools, water test logs, chemical additions, and reminders are stored locally in the App's database.
• In your private iCloud — if you are signed in to iCloud, the App syncs this data across your devices using Apple's CloudKit private database. This data is tied to your Apple Account, encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest, and is not accessible to us. Apple's processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms.

4. Notifications

Care reminders use local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. No push-notification service or server is involved.

5. This Website

swimready.app is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare may process standard request metadata (IP address, headers) as part of serving the site, in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Deleting Your Data

• Local data — delete the App to remove everything stored on the device.
• iCloud data — on your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, find SwimReady, and delete its data.

Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them (we do not collect data from anyone).

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you have rights of access, correction, erasure, and portability. Since all App data is under your direct control on your device and in your iCloud account, you can exercise these rights yourself at any time. Questions: [email protected].

9. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If the App ever starts collecting data, this policy will be updated before that change ships.
